About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate should have 1-4 years of experience in business development, preferably in the digital marketing sector. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships, and driving revenue growth by promoting our digital marketing services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation and Prospecting:
  • Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
  • Generate qualified leads for digital marketing services, including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and web development.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and provide timely solutions.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth:
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to align solutions with client requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Market Research and Analysis:
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new digital marketing technologies.
  • Identify opportunities for expanding service offerings based on client needs and market demands.
  • Reporting and Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and client interactions using CRM tools.
  • Provide regular updates and sales reports to management.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development or sales in the IT or digital marketing industry.
  • Generate qualified leads through SEO, social media marketing.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
