we are seeking highly energetic and passionate Business Development Associates who can confidently pitch to start-up Founders, Directors, and Decision-Makers. This role is ideal for MBA freshers or early professionals who want to kickstart their career in high-impact B2B & Business landing.

Key Responsibilities:

* Pitch and present company offerings directly to startup founders and CXOs.

* Manage end-to-end sales cycle – from lead generation to closure.

* Use LinkedIn, Google, and email outreach to identify and connect with prospects.

* Maintain a high level of product knowledge and provide consultative solutions.

* Build strong client relationships through consistent follow-ups and personalized communication.

* Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.

* Maintain accurate records on CRM systems.

Key Skills Required:

Excellent verbal and written communication.

* Confidence in dealing with top-level decision-makers.

* Strong research and lead generation via LinkedIn, Google & email.

* Persuasive & Consultative sales approach.

* Target-oriented with a go-getter attitude.

* Basic knowledge of B2B platforms and sales funnels.

Eligibility Criteria:

* Graduate & MBA (Marketing, Sales, or related field) – Mandatory.

* Freshers are encouraged to apply.
