Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Planning:

- Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive marketing strategies.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Define target audiences and create customer segmentation strategies.
- Align marketing campaigns with business goals and branding guidelines.

Campaign Development & Execution:

- Collaborate with the creative team to produce compelling marketing content.
- Optimize marketing campaigns based on data insights and performance metrics.

Brand Positioning & Awareness:

- Develop brand messaging and positioning to enhance market presence.
- Ensure consistency in branding across all marketing channels.
- Monitor brand reputation and customer perception through feedback and analytics.

Lead Generation & Customer Engagement:

- Design lead-generation strategies through content marketing, paid ads, and partnerships.
- Develop customer engagement programs to improve retention and loyalty.
- Analyze customer behavior and adjust strategies accordingly.

Performance Analysis & Reporting:

- Track and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and CRM software.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Generate reports on key performance metrics and campaign ROI.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Strategist, Digital Marketing Manager, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of marketing analytics, SEO, SEM, and paid advertising.
- Expertise in social media marketing, content marketing, and brand positioning.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple campaigns.
- Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
