Job Title: Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop, and execute paid marketing campaigns across multiple social media platforms.
  • Run ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Conduct daily research, social media monitoring, and moderation activities.
  • Develop and manage integrated marketing campaigns through both online and offline channels.
  • Utilize social media business and ad manager platforms effectively.
  • Build, assess, and manage reporting tools and dashboards for campaign performance.
  • Create monthly social media strategies and content calendars aligned with business objectives.
  • Perform keyword research to drive high-value traffic and optimize SEO performance.
  • Write effective SEO-friendly content for blogs, websites, and social channels.
  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and industry best practices.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on campaign performance to management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and partners for seamless execution of campaigns.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in social media marketing or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in creating engaging content and growing online communities.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Experience with Google Analytics and other social media analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Mastery of SEM (Search Engine Marketing) and SEO (Search Engine Optimization).
  • Experience with keyword research and optimization.
  • Knowledge of webmaster tools and their applications.
  • Strong understanding of social media business and ad manager platforms.
