Documentation Officer

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and experienced Documentation Officer to manage, verify, and maintain all documentation related to our real estate projects and transactions. The role requires excellent knowledge of legal, regulatory, and compliance documentation within the real estate sector.
**Responsibilities**
- Draft, review, and manage all project-related documentation, including agreements, MoUs, lease deeds, sale deeds, leave & license agreements, and other legal papers.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance of documentation with applicable laws, RERA regulations, and municipal requirements.
- Maintain organized records of contracts, approvals, property papers, and other critical documents.
- Coordinate with legal teams, architects, liaisoning officers, and government authorities for timely submission and approval of documents.
- Verify title documents, due diligence papers, and ownership records before finalization.
- Assist management in documentation for loans, mortgages, JV agreements, and land acquisition.
- Handle registrations, stamping, and notarization of agreements and ensure proper filing.
- Update management on any legal/regulatory changes impacting documentation processes.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in law / commerce / real estate management (LLB preferred).
- 5+ years of relevant experience in documentation within the real estate sector.
- Strong knowledge of RERA, stamp duty, registration procedures, municipal and government approvals.
- Excellent drafting, communication, and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail with ability to handle confidential information securely.
Pay: Up to ₹75,000.00 per month
