**Job description**
- 2. Data Entry: Accurately enter data into computer systems, maintaining records and databases.
- 3. Document Management: Prepare, edit, and maintain documents, reports, and presentations.
- 4. Scheduling: Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- 5. Office Operations: Maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
**Essential Skills**
- 1. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- 2. Organization: Strong organizational and time management skills.
- 3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- 4. Attention to Detail: Accuracy and attention to detail in performing tasks.
- 5. Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze problems and implement solutions.
