Office Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:Accounts Support**:
- Maintain and update financial records, invoices, and receipts.
- Assist in bookkeeping, data entry, and bank reconciliations.
- Process payments, vendor bills, and expense reports.
- Generate financial reports as required.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance documentation.
- Coordinate with accountants and auditors for financial matters.
**Project Coordination**:
- Assist in managing project documentation, contracts, and files.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and clients regarding project updates.
- Track project progress and maintain records of deliverables.
- Help in preparing reports, presentations, and proposals.
- Ensure smooth communication between teams for ongoing projects.
**Office Administration**:
- Maintain an organized filing system for accounts and project documents.
- Schedule meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Order and manage office supplies as needed.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in accounts, administration, or project coordination.
- Knowledge of accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, or similar) is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good communication skills in English and [local language].
