Office Assistant

**Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle office cleanliness, pantry and maintenance duties.
- Maintain inventory records of office supplies and equipment’s.
- Manage incoming & outgoing calls, mails, and documents.
- Perform basic clerical tasks, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
- Run errands as required, including purchasing office supplies and other items as instructed.
- Monitor and report any maintenance issues or repairs required in the office premises.
- Bank related work, travel to client place as and when required
- Assist in organizing office events such as office meetings, lunch, dinner, celebrations, etc.
- Adhere to the company's policies and procedures, including confidentiality and security guidelines.
**Requirements**:
- **Education**: 10th pass, 12th pass, Graduate
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of office equipment operation, such as printers, scanners, computers.
- Good Communication skills (both oral and written).
- Ability to handle physical tasks, such as lifting and moving office supplies.
**Salary**:We provideCompetitive salary depending on experience and qualifications (salary can be negotiated)
