**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Implement and manage ERP/ SAP/ FOCUS systems.
- Specialize in at least one ERP/FOCUS module, with expertise in FOCUS 9 being an advantage.
- Ensure smooth sales and purchase process flows within ERP/FOCUS.
- Collaborate with different teams, vendors, and consultants for successful ERP implementation.
- Develop strategies, procedures, and plans for ERP full-life cycle implementations.
- Manage scope, risks, and budgets efficiently.
- Maintain data integrity and security within the system.
- Plan, execute, and document test cases, scenarios, and validation processes.
- Oversee project management and team coordination for IT-related initiatives.
- Prepare and present technical reports and project updates.

**Reports & Documentation**:

- Monthly Query Directory
- Daily Query Tracker
- Weekly Asset Tracker
- Monthly Procurement Plan
- Quarterly Rate Contracts

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- B.Sc./ BCA/ Diploma/ B.E./ B. Tech/ MCA/ MBA or a graduate in any specialization.
- 5-8 years of experience in software implementation in ERP/SAP/FOCUS.
- Strong knowledge of ERP modules and business process flows.
- Experience in FOCUS 9 is a plus.
- Proven expertise in project management, risk assessment, and scope management.
- Ability to develop strategies and execute plans for efficient ERP implementation.
- Strong understanding of data security and system integrity.
- Excellent communication and team coordination skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹58,000.00 per month
