A. PURPOSE AND SCOPE:
SECTION Transaction & Advisory To provide legal advisory and support the analysis and assessment in decision making and creating the best value from the transaction.

B. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Experience in drafting, reviewing, and advising on commercial contracts.

2. Conducting legal due diligence for companies.

3. Experience in Transaction advisory.

4. Advising start-ups in venture capital transactions and assisting them with all the documentation for fund raising and working on the closure of transaction.

5. Structuring transactions including cross-border transactions relating to acquisitions.

6. Drafting and negotiating transaction documents such as share purchase agreements, shareholder agreements, share subscription agreements, investment agreements, and other ancillary documents as a part of the Investment deal.

7. Understanding laws applicable to an industry and advising compliances.

F. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

- L.L.B/ L.L.M with fresher to 1 year experience.
- Experience in transaction & advisory.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
