**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Contract Management and Review**:

- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents related to the company’s projects, suppliers, clients, and partners.
- Ensure that all contracts comply with legal standards and protect the company’s interests.
- Advise on contract disputes and manage contract enforcement and resolution processes.

**2. Regulatory Compliance and Legal Advisory**:

- Ensure that the company’s operations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, particularly in the energy sector.
- Provide expert legal advice on corporate governance, environmental laws, renewable energy regulations, and tax laws.
- Stay updated on changes in legislation and regulations affecting the solar industry, advising management on potential impacts.

**3. Corporate Governance**:

- Oversee the company’s compliance with corporate laws and governance frameworks.
- Assist the board and senior management in maintaining proper legal documentation for corporate structure, including shareholder agreements and board resolutions.
- Ensure compliance with statutory obligations, such as filings, licenses, and regulatory approvals.

**4. Risk Management**:

- Identify, assess, and manage legal risks across the company’s operations.
- Develop legal strategies to minimize risk exposure and provide guidance on risk mitigation efforts.
- Handle legal disputes, negotiations, and settlements related to contracts, partnerships, and regulatory issues.

**5. Litigation Management**:

- Manage litigation and dispute resolution processes, representing the company in legal proceedings when necessary.
- Coordinate with external legal counsel, overseeing litigation strategies and legal case management.
- Support pre-litigation activities such as mediation, arbitration, and negotiation.

**6. Intellectual Property Protection**:

- Advise on intellectual property matters, including trademarks, patents, and copyright related to solar technology and products.
- Ensure protection and enforcement of the company’s intellectual property rights.

**7. Legal Support for Projects**:

- Provide legal assistance in the development and execution of solar energy projects, including land acquisition, permits, and contract negotiations.
- Work closely with project managers to ensure legal compliance in project documentation and execution.

**8. Employee Legal Support and Compliance**:

- Advise the HR department on labor law matters, employee contracts, and workplace legal issues.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and handle employee-related legal disputes.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- LLB/LLM degree from a recognized law school.
- 2-5 years of legal experience, preferably in corporate law, energy sector, or renewable energy.
- Proven experience in contract drafting, negotiation, and legal documentation.
- Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks in the solar or energy industry.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple legal cases and projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with internal teams and external counsel.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
