We are seeking a dedicated Legal Counsel to join our team, providing legal support across various departments, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and effectively representing our organization's interests.

**Position Title:** Legal Counsel

**Necessary Skills:**

  • Offering precise legal counsel on corporate, labor, contract, and compliance laws.

  • Willingness to travel globally when required.

  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, agreements, and legal documentation.

  • Representing the organization in legal matters and collaborating with external counsel as needed.

  • Conducting legal research and ensuring prompt updates on regulatory changes.

  • Ensuring adherence to statutory laws and regulations.

**Candidate Profile:**

  • Requires 5-10 years' experience in corporate legal practice or in-house legal roles.

  • Deep understanding of Indian laws, covering labor, commercial, and contract law.

  • Strong legal drafting and negotiation skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.

  • Capable of handling pressure and managing multiple legal tasks.

  • Demonstrates integrity, discretion, and sound judgment.

**Brief Job Description:**

  • Drafting and reviewing various legal documents such as contracts, MoUs, NDAs, and company policies.

  • Providing legal advice to management and departments on legal issues.

  • Handling disputes and legal proceedings with external legal advisors.

  • Maintaining updated records of legal documents and compliance trackers.

  • Conducting regular legal audits and ensuring statutory compliance.

  • Assisting in corporate governance, board meetings, and legal filings.

  • Staying informed about legal updates impacting the business.
