**Job Title**: In-House Legal Counsel
**Location**: Nanakramguda, Hyderabad

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including but not limited to commercial agreements, service agreements, and non-disclosure agreements.
- Provide legal advice on contract interpretation, potential disputes, and compliance with applicable laws.
- Ensure that all contracts comply with Indian contract law and relevant regulations.
- Support business teams in understanding legal obligations and risks associated with various contracts.
- Conduct legal research and keep up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations affecting the organization.
- Assist in dispute resolution and represent the company in negotiations with external parties.
- Maintain an organized database of contracts and relevant legal documents.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a legal counsel role, with a strong focus on Indian contract law.
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and concisely.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in legal research tools and contract management software.
