
Sales and Marketing Executive

Need to work on client payroll.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to attract potential customers.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Venture into the market to meet potential clients, demonstrate services, and effectively communicate the value proposition.
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience of 2 year as a marketing and sales executive or relevant role.
- Proficiency in English, Telugu and Hindi is vital.
- Thorough understanding of marketing techniques.
- Fast learner with a passion for sales.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or relevant field, A master’s degree is added bonus
**- Relevant Experience in the Construction Field.**
