**Role Overview**:
As a **Sales Executive**, you will be the **face of Magic Leads**, driving property sales, building client relationships, and closing deals.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Lead Conversion**:

- Follow up on **inquiries, walk-ins, and digital leads** (website, social media, ads).
- Understand client needs and recommend **best-fit properties**.
- Conduct **property tours** and highlight key selling points.

**Sales & Negotiation**:

- Close deals **efficiently** with persuasive selling techniques.
- Negotiate **pricing, terms, and payment plans** to satisfy clients.
- Achieve (and exceed) **monthly & quarterly sales targets**.

**Client Relationship Management**:

- Build **trust and long-term relationships** with buyers, sellers, and investors.
- Provide **post-sale support** (documentation, bank tie-ups, handovers).

**Market Knowledge**:

- Stay updated on **local real estate trends, pricing, and competitor analysis**.
- Share insights with the team to **refine sales strategies**.

**Skills & Qualifications**:
**Must-Have**:

- 1+ year in **real estate sales** (residential/commercial).
- Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, or related field preferred).
- **Excellent communication** (English + [Local Language]).
- **Persuasive negotiator** with a **customer-first mindset**.
- Ability to **work under pressure** and meet targets.

**Bonus Skills**:

- Social media/digital lead generation knowledge.
- Own vehicle (for site visits).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,780.10 - ₹34,355.48 per month
