We are looking for a customer-focused and target-oriented Branch Sales Executive to join our insurance company.

The role involves driving sales of insurance products through branch walk-ins, referrals, and customer interactions, ensuring excellent service delivery and achieving business targets.

**Job Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Identify and approach potential customers within the branch for insurance product sales.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans.
- Generate leads through walk-in clients, referrals, and outbound calls.
- Maintain strong relationships with branch staff to gain customer insights and leads.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure timely resolution of queries.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by the company.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
