Onboarding SpecialistAbout the Role:We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Junior Onboarding Coordinator to assist in managing new hire onboarding formalities.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate and manage onboarding procedures for new employees, ensuring timely completion of required documents.Schedule and facilitate comprehensive orientation sessions and induction programs.Assist new hires with completing paperwork, including contracts, NDAs, and policy acknowledgments.Evaluate the process for adding junior staff members and implement improvements as needed.Prepare detailed reports following each task completed during training.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field preferred.Prior internship or experience in HR or administrative roles is beneficial.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Benefits:This role offers opportunities for growth and development within a dynamic team environment.
