About Client: Our client is one of the leading IT services Organization Objectives of the role Providing necessary information and resources to facilitate a successful transition for new employees and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. Developing and implementing comprehensive onboarding programs that align with the company's values and culture. Coordinating and conducting new employee orientation sessions, providing an overview of the company's mission, vision, and policies. Serving as a point of contact for new hires, addressing their questions and concerns and managing the onboarding process. Collaborating with the HR, the hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition for new employees. Facilitating the completion of new hire paperwork, including employment contracts, benefits enrolment, and other necessary documentation. Monitoring the progress and integration of new employees, identifying any challenges and providing support as needed. Experience: Min 0.5 - 3 years Location: Hyderabad Preferrable Male candidates
