PFB job description for OBE- Budget- 4 2LPA overall CTC i e-3 36lpa fixed take home 24k plus 84k 7k per month annual variable I hope this email finds you well I m writing to inform you about our hiring plan for a new type of Onboarding Executive i e the Premium Onboarding Executive P-OBE We have identified the need to onboard P-OBEs in the following cities with one P-OBE per city - Location Delhi Bangalore Mumbai Kolkata Hyderabad Chennai Job Type Full-time Position Overview As an Onboarding Executive OBE you will be responsible for driving acquisitions onboarding premium outlets and ensuring the seamless transition of outlets from onboarding to account management Your role will involve handling escalations effectively onboarding High CFT 800 500 400 accounts and ensuring the proper implementation of starter packs with a focus on marketing and hygiene standards Key Responsibilities Diligently drive acquisitions based on the provided lead list targeting premium outlets Onboard premium outlets according to the lead list shared ensuring all necessary documentation and procedures are completed accurately and efficiently Ensure a seamless transition of outlets from onboarding to account management providing necessary support and guidance throughout the process Identify and escalate any issues or challenges to the city and central teams collaborating to find effective solutions and maintain customer satisfaction Ensure that subscribed restaurants receive proper starter packs including marketing materials and adhere to hygiene standards as per company guidelines Requirements Previous experience in sales onboarding or account management roles within the insert industry sector is preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels Proven ability to work independently manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality results within established timelines Adaptability and resilience to navigate challenges and drive success Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field preferred Knowledge of the insert industry market and trends is an advantage The Hired Premium OBE should be equivalent to the caliber of an SM Hiring Plan We are seeking to hire one premium Onboarding Executive OBE per city Delhi Bangalore Mumbai Kolkata Hyderabad and Chennai The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of driving acquisitions onboarding premium outlets and managing accounts effectively Benefits Competitive salary and performance-based incentives Opportunities for career advancement and professional development Collaborative and inclusive work environment fostering innovation and growth Flexible working arrangements and field-based opportunities for travel and exploration
