**Must have**: Two-wheeler with valid driving license.
**About the Role**:
We are looking for dynamic and self-driven Field Sales Executives (FSEs) to join our growing team at Paytm. The role requires passionate individuals who can drive sales, onboard merchants, and promote Paytm’s wide range of financial and digital payment solutions, including QR codes, Soundbox devices, EDC machines, point-of-sale software, insurance, and other financial products.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Plan and schedule market visits for lead generation and merchant acquisition.
- Achieve sales targets for multiple payment solutions (QR Code, Sound Box, EDC/Card Swipe Machine, POS software, insurance, etc.).
- Deploy products and clearly articulate their benefits and best practices at client locations.
- Ensure customer satisfaction to drive higher conversions and long-term merchant retention.
- Gather consistent market feedback and competitor insights to support product enhancements.
- Onboard new retailers in the unorganized retail sector and explain digital payment processes & benefits.
- Visit and support existing merchants, resolving their queries/issues.
Promote and sell Paytm Soundbox devices to increase digital adoption.
- Self-starters who can work independently with mínimal supervision.
Passion for working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to explain complex solutions in simple terms to customers.
- High level of integrity, honesty, and trustworthiness.
- Good understanding of local geography and markets.
- Interest in financial products and digital payment solutions.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, operating systems, and mobile apps.
**Qualifications & Experience**:
- 0-3 years of relevant experience in Telecom, Banking, Retail, Wallet, or E-commerce industries.
- Freshers with strong sales aptitude are encouraged to apply.
