We are currently seeking a Functional Testers to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
- This role will manage a team of Near shore or offshore SAP support consultants. This role has responsibility for Solution Quality, SLA Adherence and Process Compliance of the country specific SAP support team.
- Interact with other Project SDM across the different Regions for worldwide SAP related support issues and queries and report to SPOC SDM
- Manage a local team of SAP consultants and do work planning, capacity utilization and solutioning for customer reported SAP issues and enhancements
- Provide periodic status updates on SAP issues and projects to team management and others as necessary
- As part of SDM team is responsible for local effort/schedule estimation for work products, team building, resource management, work planning, solution quality, documentation quality and all other delivery related aspects for all work assigned to the SAP Support team and ensure alignment with other regions
- Provide technical leadership to the local support team and be the SAP SME to customers and other supporting roles in customer’s IT teams.
- Responsible for analyzing customer reported issues, identifying root cause, designing and implementing the solution
- Act as the first point of escalation for the SAP support project and ensure resolution of issues to customer’s best satisfaction and report status to Project Management
- Assess new requirements/demands and assist with staffing the new projects

- Expert (6+ years) of related experience
- 3+ years of experience in managing AMS engagements
