**Job Title**: Telemarketer - Construction Sales

**Location**: Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India (or Remote)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients to pitch construction services (homes, apartments, commercial buildings, hospitals, shopping malls, etc.).
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable construction solutions.
- Maintain a database of leads and follow up regularly to convert inquiries into sales.
- Set appointments for in-person meetings with the sales team.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Handle customer inquiries, objections, and provide accurate information.
- Maintain records of conversations and sales progress.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Minimum High School or Bachelor's degree in any field.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years in telemarketing, sales, or customer service (preferably in real estate or construction).
- **Skills**: Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- **Language**: Fluent in Hindi and English.
- **Other**: Self-motivated, target-driven, and ability to handle objections confidently.
