**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to generate leads and nurture potential clients.
- Build, update, and maintain accurate client and prospect databases.
- Handle initial client interactions, share company offerings, and set up follow-up meetings.
- Manage and grow the company’s presence on social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
- Plan and execute social media campaigns aligned with marketing strategies.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support event promotions and campaigns.
- Track performance of telemarketing and social media activities, providing regular reports.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in telemarketing, lead generation, or social media handling (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident in making outbound calls and engaging with clients.
- Familiarity with social media tools and basic digital marketing concepts.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
