Key Responsibilities:

- **Content Creation and Curation**: Develop and curate engaging content (text, images, videos) for social media platforms.
- **Social Media Strategy**: Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.
- **Community Management**: Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive online community.
- **Performance Analysis**: Monitor social media metrics (engagement, reach, website traffic) and analyze campaign performance to identify areas for improvement.
- **Trend Monitoring**: Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices.
- **Collaboration**: Work with marketing, sales, and other teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and campaign execution.
- **Reporting**: Prepare regular reports on social media performance and campaign results.
- **Paid Social Media**: Manage and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns.

Skills and Qualifications:

- **Social Media Expertise**: Deep understanding of various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) and their respective audiences.
- **Content Creation Skills**: Ability to create compelling and engaging content that resonates with the target audience.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
