Job Overview: Full-time | Work from Home

Experience: 1-2 Years

We’re looking for a passionate and creative Social Media Executive to manage and grow our presence across various platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and more. You’ll be responsible for planning, creating, scheduling, and analyzing engaging content that connects with our audience and reflects our brand voice.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily posting and community engagement across all social media platforms
- Develop and execute content calendars in coordination with the marketing team
- Create and curate visually appealing and brand-aligned content (graphics, reels, stories, posts, etc.)
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and photographers to ensure cohesive storytelling
- Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on insights
- Stay updated with trends, tools, and algorithm changes to ensure content relevance and effectiveness
- Manage influencer collaborations and social partnerships when required
- Respond promptly(AI Based) to DMs, comments, and customer queries across platforms

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of proven experience managing brand social media accounts (portfolio or samples appreciated)
- Strong understanding of social media trends, tools, and best practices
- Hands-on experience with tools like Canva, Buffer/Later/Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, and basic video editing apps
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills with a flair for storytelling
- Highly organized with attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setup
- A passion for handmade products, art, design, or sustainable brands is a bonus
