DECORSLICE is seeking a motivated and persuasive **Telemarketing Executive** to join our dynamic team. The role involves reaching out to potential clients, promoting our architectural and interior design services, and generating quality leads to support our sales efforts.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce DECORSLICE's design services.
- Identify potential customers and set up appointments for the sales/design team.
- Maintain and update client database with accurate information.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
- Work closely with marketing and design teams to understand offerings and client needs.
- Achieve daily/weekly targets for calls, leads, and conversions.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or a similar role (experience in design/architecture industry is a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English and Hindi.
- Confident, persuasive, and target-driven mindset.
- Ability to learn quickly and speak knowledgeably about design services.
