We are hiring for a fast-growing, US-based healthcare software company that is revolutionizing clinical practice management through intelligent solutions. Our client’s software is used by healthcare providers across the US to streamline patient records, scheduling, billing, and more.
Job Role:
Key Responsibilities
- Understand client needs and present product demonstrations tailored to their requirements.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and inbound queries.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity in CRM.
- Collaborate with the US sales team for alignment and training.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or related field.
- 1-4 years of experience in Inside Sales / International Sales (preferably in healthcare domain).
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Comfortable working in US time zones (night shifts or overlapping hours may be required).
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle objections confidently.
