We're expanding to bring exclusive brand campaigns directly to our WYLD users, and we need a passionate Influencer Marketing Executive to help make this happen.

**Role Overview**:
As an Influencer Marketing Executive at WYLD, your main goal will be to identify, recruit, and manage influencers who are a perfect fit for our brand campaigns. You'll play a key role in ensuring that WYLD users have access to exciting and relevant campaigns, empowering them to earn rewards and engage with their favorite brands.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Influencer Identification & Recruitment**:
Identify influencers across Instagram, who are a strong match for WYLD's user base and campaigns.
Reach out to influencers, present WYLD's value proposition, and encourage them to sign up for the platform.

**Campaign Activation**:
Work closely with the brand campaigns team to align influencers with upcoming campaigns.
Ensure influencers understand the campaign objectives and are equipped with the tools to share their experience with their followers.

**Relationship Building**:
Foster long-term relationships with influencers and ensure ongoing collaboration.
Act as the primary point of contact for influencers, providing support and answering queries as needed.

**Tracking & Reporting**:
Monitor influencer performance during campaigns to ensure maximum engagement.
Provide regular reports on campaign success and influencer impact, offering actionable insights for future campaigns.

**Strategic Partnerships**:
Identify opportunities for influencers to collaborate on larger, more impactful campaigns or activations.
Help influencers maximize their earnings and engagement through optimized campaign participation.

**Skills & Qualifications**:
Experience: At least 1 year of experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or a related field.

Platform Expertise: Strong understanding of Instagram and influencer marketing trends.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for influencer outreach, negotiation, and relationship management.

Analytical Mindset: Ability to assess influencer performance using engagement metrics and analytics tools.

Proactive & Results-Driven: Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by achieving goals.

Passion for Social Media: Deep interest in social media trends and a passion for empowering others to leverage their social influence.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
