**Job Overview**

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Influencer Marketing Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, managing, and nurturing relationships with influencers and content creators who can help promote our brand and products. You will develop and execute strategies that leverage influencer partnerships to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and boost sales.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Influencer Outreach & Management**:

- Identify and engage with relevant influencers, content creators, and bloggers across social media platforms.
- Build strong relationships with influencers and negotiate collaborations.
- Manage influencer campaigns, from initial outreach to contract negotiations and content approvals.
- **Campaign Strategy & Execution**:

- Develop and implement influencer marketing campaigns aligned with our brand strategy and business goals.
- Collaborate with the internal marketing team to integrate influencer content into wider marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate product deliveries and ensure timely execution of influencer collaborations.
- **Content Creation & Collaboration**:

- Work closely with influencers to co-create content that aligns with the brand’s messaging and resonates with target audiences.
- Review and approve influencer content to ensure it meets brand standards.
- **Reporting & Analytics**:

- Track the performance of influencer campaigns, including reach, engagement, and ROI.
- Provide regular reports on the effectiveness of campaigns and suggest improvements.
- Monitor industry trends and adjust strategies to stay ahead in influencer marketing.
- **Partnership Management**:

- Foster long-term partnerships with high-performing influencers and develop ambassador programs.
- Identify opportunities for cross-promotions, giveaways, and other collaborations that drive audience engagement.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
