**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Influencer Marketing**:

- Assist in identifying and researching potential influencers for brand partnerships.
- Help in reaching out to influencers, managing communications, and nurturing relationships.
- Coordinate influencer campaigns, including product shipments, content guidelines, and tracking deliverables.
- Monitor and report on the performance of influencer partnerships, including engagement, reach, and return on investment.
- Assist in the development of influencer marketing strategies and proposals.
- **Social Media Management**:

- Manage and maintain the company's social media pages, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Develop and schedule engaging and on-brand content across all social media platforms.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and opportunities to engage with our audience.
- Respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and provide insights to improve engagement and reach.
- Assist in creating and implementing social media campaigns and contests.
- **Content Creation**:

- Support the creation of visually appealing and engaging content, including graphics, videos, and blog posts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop new content ideas that align with our brand and marketing goals.
- Assist in the curation of user-generated content and influencer content for social media use.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:

- Track and report on key performance indicators for influencer and social media campaigns.
- Provide regular updates and reports on campaign progress and outcomes.
- Analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for future campaigns.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Assist with general administrative tasks related to influencer marketing and social media management.
- Support the marketing team with ad hoc projects as needed.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
