MadStays, a The Byke Hospitality Ltd entity is looking for Influencer Marketing Interns to join our dynamic team.

As an Influencer Marketing Intern, you will support the MadStays Marketing team in developing and executing strategies to collaborate with influencers and content creators. Your role will involve researching potential influencers, managing outreach efforts, and assisting with campaign execution to drive brand awareness and attract new guests to our hotel and resort.

**Key Learnings -**
- Learn how to collaborate with influencers to create compelling and high-quality content that highlights the brand’s unique offerings.
- Gain hands-on experience in researching and identifying potential influencers and content creators who align with the brand's values and target audience.
- Develop skills in outreach and communication by assisting with influencer correspondence, negotiating partnership terms, and managing relationships.
- Understand the process of coordinating influencer marketing campaigns, including content planning, scheduling, and tracking deliverables.
- Gain experience in organizing and executing influencer events or visits, ensuring a seamless experience for both influencers and the brand.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for new influencer marketing strategies and creative concepts.
- Develop organizational and administrative skills by managing influencer agreements, maintaining databases, and coordinating schedules.

**Requirements and Skills -**
- Passion for social media and influencer marketing and a genuine interest in the hospitality industry.
- Graduation / Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Media or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, influencer marketing, and content creation.
- A creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas for influencer collaborations.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
