**Job Summary**

The **Influencer Marketing Executive** will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and managing relationships with influencers to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and conversions. This role involves strategic planning, campaign execution, analytics, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure successful influencer-led initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify, research, and shortlist suitable influencers across relevant platforms. (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers, content creators, and agencies.
- Plan, execute, and monitor influencer marketing campaigns aligned with brand objectives.
- Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and budgets with influencers.
- Coordinate content briefs and ensure brand guidelines are followed.
- Stay updated with influencer trends, social media best practices, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the creative and social media teams for seamless campaign integration.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
- 1 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer landscapes, and campaign metrics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and trend awareness.
