**Job Description of Influencer marketing Manager -**
- Create and execute influencer marketing strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives, showcasing your prowess as a strategic thinker.
- Identify key influencer
- Collaborate with influencers to develop engaging and authentic content, leveraging your storytelling skills to enhance brand narratives.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with influencers and content creators, ensuring long-term partnerships for sustained success.
- Negotiate and manage contracts and agreements with influencers, exemplifying your attention to detail and professionalism.
- Work closely with content creators to ensure brand alignment and messaging consistency, emphasizing your commitment to maintaining a cohesive brand image.
- Provide creative direction to influencers for brand-specific campaigns, showcasing your ability to guide and enhance creative output.
- Stay in tune with industry trends and emerging influencers, demonstrating your commitment to staying ahead in the dynamic influencer marketing landscape.
- Propose and implement innovative influencer marketing strategies, highlighting your proactive approach to driving creativity and results.
- Coordinate seamlessly with different teams for effective campaign implementation, including the creation of a business pitch deck.
- As part of your growth trajectory, for the initial 6 months, you will focus on internal business, honing your skills, and subsequently, your role will expand to include external lead generation based on your performance.

**Requirement -**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 4 to 6 years of Proven experience in influencer marketing, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
