**What you will be doing? (Your key responsibilities)**:

- Coordinating and communicating with other departments such as sales, logistics, or technical support to ensure issue resolution.
- Gather customer feedback, suggestions, and insights to identify areas for improvement and help enhance the overall customer experience.
- Checking orders and making calls to customers for order confirmation.
- Follow-ups for delivery and maintaining Data.
- Maintain your availability for our customers. (Only Sundays off)
