Sales Executive

Learn and understand the real estate market, company portfolio, and services offered.
- Assist senior sales executives in client meetings, site visits, and deal closures.
- Communicate with potential buyers and sellers to understand their property needs.
- Promote property listings through phone calls, digital platforms, and client networking.
- Schedule and conduct property showings and follow up with clients.
- Maintain and update client database and CRM systems.
- Support in preparing documents related to property transactions.
- Stay informed on market trends, pricing, and local property laws and guidelines.
- Attend sales training sessions and team meetings.
**Qualifications and Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related fields preferred).
- Strong interest in sales, real estate, and customer engagement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a quick learner.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and property visits.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet tools.
- A professional appearance and a positive attitude.
- A valid driving license (preferred).
