Job Title: Customer support executive. (Voice process).

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 0 - 5 years International Experience Mandatory 1 day interview process

Qualification: Any Graduate / Undergraduate - Fresher or with minimum 6 months of experience into International Voice Process

Skills Required: Excellent English Verbal & Written Communication Skills Job Roles
- Handling inbound calls for the various process.
- Answering calls from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints and closing the issues by resolving them.
- Have excellent communication skills with fluency in English.
- Willing to work in rotational shifts.
