
Customer Service Executive

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Managing logistics functions, negotiating rates with shipping lines, analyze planning of cargos.
- Interacting with the buyers (client) & keeping them informed on the status of running orders, Functioning as an interface for coordinating with production & shipping departments and the buyer to ensure that the production schedule is met and ensure on-time seamless delivery of shipments
- Perform order processing through various carriers’ systems
- Perform shipping instruction submissions before cut off timings
- Perform shipping documentation and coordination with shipping line or agent
- Perform transportation coordination with overseas offices
- Constantly stay in touch with the Customer for their booking
- Communicate and handle customer complaints appropriately
- Communicate with various department/vendors to achieve customer requirements
**Qualifications**:
- Positive attitude, Detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize tasks
- Good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
- Able to work as a team player, pro-active, self-motivated and high sense of responsibility
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast moving environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
- Knowledge in SI / VGM for ocean shipments
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
