**Responsibilities**:
WordPress Management:
Oversee the day-to-day operation and maintenance of WordPress websites.

Implement updates, patches, and security measures to safeguard WordPress installations.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to WordPress functionality and performance.

Website Development and Customization:
Collaborate with web development teams to implement custom features and functionalities on WordPress websites.

Customize themes, plugins, and other elements to meet specific project requirements.

Ensure responsive design and optimal user experience across various devices.

Security and Compliance:
Implement and manage robust security measures to protect WordPress sites from vulnerabilities.

Stay abreast of industry best practices and security trends to proactively address potential risks.

Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.

Technical Support:
Provide technical support to end-users and internal stakeholders regarding WordPress-related issues.

Conduct training sessions to empower team members with WordPress knowledge and best practices.

Performance Optimization:
Monitor and analyze website performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.

Implement strategies to optimize website speed, responsiveness, and overall performance.

Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and IT, to align WordPress solutions with organizational objectives.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on project status.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Proven experience as an IT Executive or similar role with a focus on WordPress management.

Strong knowledge of WordPress architecture, themes, plugins, and best practices.

Familiarity with web development languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Experience in implementing security measures and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:
Certification in WordPress development or administration.

Experience with e-commerce platforms integrated with WordPress.

Knowledge of SEO best practices for WordPress.

**Salary**: ₹11,035.62 - ₹20,000.00 per month
