**Job Title: Sales Officer - Electrical & Lighting Products**
**Location**: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh

**Experience Required**: Minimum 1 year in lighting or electrical products sales
**Salary Range**: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month _(plus traveling allowance)_
**Job Summary**
We are seeking motivated and field-ready Sales Officers with experience in the **lighting or electrical products** trade. The role focuses on market selling, building dealer/distributor relationships, and expanding sales through effective channel management in Lucknow and nearby areas.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct field visits to promote and sell electrical and lighting products.
- Meet monthly sales targets through active market selling.
- Identify and onboard new dealers and distributors in the assigned territory.
- Build strong relationships with electrical shops, wholesalers, and contractors.
- Ensure product visibility and availability at retail counters.
- Collect market feedback on pricing, competition, and customer preferences.
- Report daily/weekly sales activities and achievements to the Sales Manager.
- Coordinate with the internal team for orders, deliveries, and payments.
**Required Skills and Experience**
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience in **lighting or electrical products**.
- Good knowledge of **channel sales** and distribution networks.
- Familiarity with local electrical shops and suppliers in Lucknow or surrounding regions.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to do extensive **field work** and travel within the territory.
- Self-driven and target-oriented with a focus on results.
