Job Title: Sales Loan Officer

Location: 4/126, Vibhav Khand, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow

Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Client Engagement: Proactively seek and generate new loan leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and partnerships.

Loan Consultation: Meet with clients to discuss their financial needs and goals, and recommend appropriate loan products (e.g., personal loans, mortgage loans, auto loans).

Product Knowledge: Stay informed about current loan products, industry trends, and relevant financial regulations to provide expert advice to clients.

Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for loan origination and customer acquisition.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by offering ongoing support and assistance throughout the loan process.

Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all loan transactions comply with company policies, legal standards, and regulatory requirements.

Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and loan progress in the company's CRM system.

Proven experience in sales, preferably in financial services or lending.

Strong knowledge of loan products, financial services, and regulatory guidelines.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.

Self-motivated with a goal-oriented attitude and ability to work independently.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Loan officer licensing (if required by local regulations).

Desired Skills:
Strong sales background with experience in meeting and exceeding targets.

Knowledge of the local market and customer base.

Ability to explain complex financial products in an easy-to-understand manner.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
