
Sales Representative

Objective
To drive revenue growth for our FMCG product line by proactively identifying, engaging, and acquiring new customers across Horoeka (Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafés), educational institutions, hotels, and similar segments. The Sales Executive (Field) will execute strategic sales plans, build and nurture strong client relationships, and promote company offerings through direct market engagement. This role focuses on achieving sales targets, conducting market research, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and a solution-oriented approach.
**Key Activities;**
a) Identify and approach potential clients in Horoeka, schools/institutes, hostels, and similar sectors.
b) Conduct field visits and cold calls to generate new leads and convert them into customers.
c) Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline in the assigned territory.
d) Establish and nurture long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
e) Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate FMCG products and solutions.
f) Present, promote, and sell products to existing and prospective customers.
g) Execute sales strategies and campaigns to achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales
targets.
h) Negotiate terms of sale and close deals efficiently.
i) Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify new opportunities.
j) Gather feedback from clients to improve product offerings and customer experience.
k) Maintain an updated database of clients and prospects within the assigned territory.
l) Plan and prioritize daily sales visits to maximize coverage and efficiency.
m) Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports, forecasts, and activity logs.
n) Document customer interactions, orders, and feedback using CRM or other designated tools.
o) Collaborate with supply chain/logistics to ensure timely product delivery.
p) Work closely with the accounts team to support invoicing and payment collections.
q) Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely support and resolving issues post-sale.
r) Conduct follow-ups to maintain service standards and encourage continued business.
**Skills Required**:

b) Language Proficiency/ Communication Skills
c) Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
d) Experience with CRM software
e) Confident & Soft-Spoken
f) Attractive Personality
g) Great Follow up Skills
h) Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints
i) Persistent and results-oriented
j) Patient and able to handle customer rejection.
**Experience**:
Filed Sales Experience Preferred FMCG
Incentive and T.A/ D.A are defined based on performance
**Education Required**
1. Bachelor’s degree in any Stream, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
2. A diploma in Sales & Marketing or a relevant.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
