Pixispaze is seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in Lucknow. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential clients in the restaurant and cafe sector, pitching our services, and securing new projects for the agency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market research to identify potential clients in the restaurant and cafe industry within Lucknow.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, understanding their needs and challenges to effectively tailor our solutions.
- Present and pitch Pixispaze's brand design and social media marketing services to potential clients in a clear and compelling manner.
- Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop customized proposals and strategies that meet the unique requirements of each client.
- Negotiate terms and pricing to close deals and secure new projects for the agency.
- Provide regular updates on sales activities, progress, and forecasts to the management team.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or agency environment.
- Strong understanding of brand design and social media marketing concepts, especially within the restaurant and cafe industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with potential clients.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, while also being a team player when necessary.
- Residing in Lucknow with the flexibility to travel within the city for client meetings as needed.
- Polite and professional demeanor, with a customer-centric approach to sales.
