Job Title: Sales Representative for **Texes Connect Pvt Ltd**.(Telecommunication Service provider)

**Job Overview**:
As a Sales Representative for **Texes,** you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new customers and expanding business relationships within the Internet Telecom sector. Your primary focus will be on selling ILL connectivity /MPLS & Hardware solutions to individuals, businesses, and organizations. You will leverage your sales expertise to identify potential clients, understand their needs, and offer tailored Telecom services to meet those needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Prospecting and Lead Generation**:

- Identify and research potential corporate clients within the **Uttar Pradesh (East and West) and Uttarkhand**.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Utilize online platforms, industry events, and trade shows to identify new business opportunities.

**Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Understand clients' business objectives and challenges to provide relevant solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and support requests.

**Sales Strategy and Execution**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.
- Present our products and services to clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements with clients to secure deals.

**Market Analysis and Competitor Research**:

- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
- Conduct regular analysis of market segments, customer needs, and buying behaviors.
- Use market insights to adjust sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.

**Collaboration and Communication**:

- Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, technical support, and product development to meet client requirements.
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management to ensure alignment on sales objectives and priorities.

**Salary** :As per the market standard

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
