We are a ten year old Skin Care Brand. We are looking for a Sales Officer in of Lucknow HQ in our team.

**Job Title**:Sales Officer

**Job Summary**:
**Headquarter**:Lucknow

**Districts to handle**: Lucknow, Sitapur, Lakhimpur, Hardoi, Raebreailly, Faizabad, Akbarpur, Sultanpur

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Sales Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, and maintain existing distributor relationships.

2. Distributor Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with distributor to ensure long-term partnerships.

3. Product Promotion: Promote products to retailers, highlighting their features and benefits.

4. Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets, and contribute to the growth of the organization.

5. Reporting and Feedback: Provide regular sales reports and feedback to management.

**Skills and Qualifications**:
1. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

2. Sales Skills: Proven sales skills, with the ability to negotiate and close deals.

3. Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of products, with the ability to communicate complex information effectively.

4. Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.

5. Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

**Education and Certifications**:
A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or sales.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
