**Process** - _Voice Process (Aus Care & Aus Upgrade)_
**Working Days** - _5 days Working, 2 days Off with Rotational Shifts_
**Education**: Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
**Experience**: Total Work Experience: 6month in International BPO (preferred)
**Language**: Fluent English (preferred)
**Job Type**: Full-time
**Working Location** : _Spectrum Towers, Ground floor, A wing, Mindspace, Chincholi Bunder Road, Malad West Mumbai_
**Skills Required**:
- Minimum 6 month of BPO_ _Experience_
- HSC and Graduation #freshers_ _Can #apply_
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills_
- Good communication skills, both oral and written_
- Ability to multitask_
- Must have excellent time management skills_
- Must have the ability to work independently as well as in partnership with team_
**Job Responsibility**
- Solving Customer Queries on call related to phone bill and network related issues_
**Salary**
- 19k-39k Inhand Salary+Incentives (30% hike on last Inhand Salary)_
