Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Care Executive located in Mumbai. The Customer Care Executive will handle customer support, respond to queries, ensure customer satisfaction, and provide solutions to customer issues. Daily tasks include assisting customers through various communication channels, managing customer relationships, and contributing to sales through excellent service.

  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Proficiency with customer service software and tools is a plus
