**Salary**: 10k to 15k per month, depending on experience

**Job Summary**:The Patient Caretaker is responsible for providing compassionate and attentive care to patients who are unable to fully care for themselves due to illness, injury, or other medical conditions. The caretaker will play a crucial role in ensuring the physical and emotional well-being of patients and assisting them in their daily activities. This position requires a strong sense of empathy, patience, and the ability to work effectively in a healthcare environment.

**Resposibilities**:

- Personal Care Assistance
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Help with mobility, transferring, and positioning to prevent bedsores and improve comfort.
- Provide support for eating and hydration, adhering to any special dietary requirements.
- Medication Management
- Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals, following proper protocols.
- Maintain accurate medication records and report any adverse reactions or changes in the patient's condition to the medical team.
- Vital Signs Monitoring
- Regularly monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, heart rate, respiratory rate, and temperature.
- Report any significant changes in vital signs promptly to the healthcare team.
- Emotional Support
- Offer emotional support and companionship to patients, promoting a positive and caring environment.
- Listen attentively to patients' concerns and provide encouragement when needed.
- Safety and Environment
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for the patient, minimizing potential hazards.
- Assist in fall prevention and implement safety measures as required.
- Communication
- Maintain clear and open communication with the patient, their family, and the healthcare team.
- Report any changes in the patient's condition, concerns, or incidents to the appropriate personnel.
- Rehabilitation Assistance
- Support patients with prescribed exercises or mobility routines to aid in their recovery or maintenance of physical abilities.
- Record Keeping
- Document care activities accurately and timely in the patient's medical records.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and follow privacy guidelines.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent. Additional training in caregiving or nursing assistance is a plus.
- Prior experience in caregiving, nursing, or a related field is preferred.
- Empathy and compassion for patients with diverse medical conditions and backgrounds.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical stamina to assist patients with mobility and perform other physical tasks.
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 5 per week

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
