**Salary**: 10,000 to 18,000

We are currently seeking a caring and empathetic Patient Care Assistant to join our team. As a Patient Care Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing essential care and support to our patients, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being during their stay at our facility.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Help patients with mobility and positioning, using proper lifting and transferring techniques as needed
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients, listening to their concerns and offering encouragement
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as temperature, blood pressure, and pulse rate
- Assist healthcare professionals with medical procedures and treatments, following established protocols
- Serve meals and assist patients with eating, ensuring dietary preferences and restrictions are respected
- Keep patient rooms and common areas clean and organized, including changing bed linens and maintaining a sanitary environment
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members, reporting any changes in patient condition or concerns promptly
- Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols, including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) as required

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred, but not required
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or equivalent certification preferred
- Compassionate and patient-focused attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Physical stamina and ability to lift and move patients safely
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent
