**Business Analytics Intern - Job Description**

**Position Title**: Business Analytics Intern
**Location**: Azahiamandapam
**Duration**: [e.g., Summer 2025, 10-12 weeks]
**Department**: Business Intelligence / Analytics / Strategy
**Reports To**: Data Analyst / Business Intelligence Manager

**About the Role**:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analytics Intern to join our team. In this role, you will support data-driven decision-making by analyzing business trends, building reports, and contributing to insights that improve operations, marketing, and customer experience. This is a hands-on opportunity to work with real-world data and gain practical experience in business intelligence and data analysis.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources (e.g., CRM systems, Google Analytics, internal databases).
- Assist in developing dashboards and reports using tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and track business metrics.
- Support A/B testing, customer segmentation, and market analysis projects.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, actionable format.
- Document processes and maintain data accuracy and integrity.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with SQL, Python, R, or data visualization tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with data manipulation and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio).
- Prior internship or coursework involving data analysis or business intelligence.
- Understanding of basic statistical methods and business concepts
