**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Talent Sourcing**:

- Assist in developing and executing sourcing strategies to attract top talent using various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
- **Interview Coordination**:

- **Onboarding Support**:

- Assist in the preparation of job offers and contract negotiations.
- Coordinate the onboarding process to ensure new hires have a smooth transition into the company.
- Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and report on hiring progress.
- **Employer Branding**:

- Engage in social media and networking events to enhance the company’s visibility and reputation as an employer of choice.
- **Reporting & Metrics**:

- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of hiring processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities and outcomes.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in recruiting within [industry-specific experience, if applicable].
- Familiarity with employer branding and social media recruitment strategies.
- Strong negotiation and decision-making skills.
